Delivery

  • An acknowledgement of your order will be sent by e-mail. We also aim to dispatch all orders within two working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items.
  • Please note that you must supply us with a valid email address in your order to receive your electronic order confirmation.
  • Orders generally require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that delivery has been received by you or the person, to whom the order is addressed.
  • Shop is not responsible for undelivered goods or delay in delivery caused by incorrect or inaccurate address provided by Customer.
  • We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped via  Lithuanian Post  as registered mail from our Elite Amber office located in Lithuania.
  • All amber products are shipped within 2 working days after the payment is received. Delivery in Lithuania may take 2-3 work days. The international delivery may take 1-3 weeks.

  • Express worldwide shipping (2-5 days) is also available (DHL Express), price will be seen on check out.

  • Orders from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia can be delivered by DPD courier in 1-2 work days.
  • Orders from Poland, Finland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Slovakia, Germany can be delivered by DPD courier in 2-4 work days.
  • Orders from Great Britain, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, Ireland, Bulgaria, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Romania can be delivered by DPD courier in 3-8 work days.
