RETURN POLICY

According to Lithuanian laws amber as natural origin stone and is considered a gemstone since 1 May, 2016.
- The Buyer can return only the defective product using the services of the courier company, by registered post or by its own transport.
- We do not exchange or refund earrings for Health and Safety reasons, unless the product is defective.
- The refund may take place or the product may be replaced within 14 calendar days if the original product is returned in original packaging intact with the confirmation of the payment attached.
- You can register a returns request by info@eliteamber.com and provide the following information: product name, code and price, proof of payment and if it is possible add photos. Provide us the reason for the return.
- Please note: You must contact us via email BEFORE returning any items. All items returned without contacting us will NOT be eligible for exchange or refund.
- If the product is not in a complete set, is damaged, or has inappropriate packaging, we have the right not to accept the product, not to replace it and refuse return money for the product.
- Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- We advise you to insure the items before shipping as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. You are also responsible for any return charges.
